Organisation Leadership Programme
OVERVIEW
At any given time, we need leadership in our organisations—with people equipped to lead with purpose and agility that benefits the performance, resilience and communication within our teams, across diverse workspaces and with external stakeholders.
Leadership New Zealand’s ORGANISATION LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME develops organisational cultures that generate leadership and collaborative capability to support your vision, mission and purpose.
With intense, focused, accessible sessions across 8-12 weeks, our in person/kanohi ki te kanohi OR online programme equips organisations to explore leadership at the levels of self and system. The OLP catalyses reflection, learning and action. You’ll understand your collective strengths and challenges more clearly, and will be able to better respond to the challenging leadership environment with optimism and collective intelligence.
Emerging, mid-level or established people will journey with specialist and peer support. You’ll bond through identifying your common purpose and diverse strengths and grow and sustain a valuable learning group to address your leadership challenges. In addition to specialist leadership speakers, Leadership NZ will customize the Programme using key presenters from your organisation or other stakeholders.
Leadership NZ continues to imagine a future for Aotearoa that embodies impact, influence and interdependence – through exceptional leadership. We support people to transform for the benefit of all New Zealanders, fostering active leadership in successful and purposeful lives, teams, organisations, cultures and communities.
