Leadership New Zealand and Creative New Zealand are offering six full scholarships for artists to participate in The New Zealand Leadership Programme 2021 and The Mana Moana Experience 2021.
Two scholarships each will be available for Māori and Pasifika artists and arts practitioners in The New Zealand Leadership Programme and two scholarships for Pasifika arts leaders will be available in The Mana Moana Experience.
The scholarships are open to mid-career and senior Māori and Pasifika arts practitioners to develop their leadership skills. On both Programmes, Participants will work alongside leaders from a diverse range of sectors across the country and be introduced to a wide range of resources, including: creative and design thinking methodologies; critical thinking; tools for increasing resilience and managing stress; leading through coaching and more.
Applications for scholarships to both Programmes are currently open and close Friday 8 January 2021.

The scholarships are offered under Creative New Zealand’s Te Hā o ngā Toi Māori Arts Strategy 2019 – 2024 and Creative New Zealand’s Pacific Arts Strategy 2018 – 2023.
