Written by Louise Marra, Programme Director - The NZ Leadership Programme
At critical moments on your leadership journey, you have the opportunity to close the gap between the vision you hold and the alignment with which you can live and express it. There is much to change – systemically and in ourselves - so all cultures and the environment can thrive.
In our MASTERCLASS SERIES, exclusively for Leadership NZ Alumni AND Graduates of Circles of Support (Stage 1), we will work with your imagination, cellular structure, intention, beliefs and self-limitations. The four sessions will look into aspects of the self and system, what needs to grow, what needs to dissolve and what we need to wake up to in our times.
So much depends on our imagination.
If we can’t imagine a different way for ourselves, our whānau, our organisations, we have nothing that pulls our courage from us to express in the world. We become simply a mirror for the world, rather than a leader of it. What future is wanting to and ready to land in you, what is in alignment with your full expression. These are vital questions.
How do you re-programme yourself to live your full potential – even if we don’t know what that is?
We all transmit something into the world, that is understandable, but how do we upgrade beyond the trauma that binds us to something less than our full selves, integrate and be ready and available for something different.
How do we do that as communities, so we dissolve together the barriers that hold us all in a place (and also hold our cultures in a place where all can thrive)? How do we wake up to what we haven’t been awake to in us and in our country?

MASTERCLASS ONE - PREVIEW
YOU ARE 100 PER CENT RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING YOUR UNIQUENESS INTO THIS WORLD.
You all have it, you can’t not have it. You are born to bring something unique into this world, to bring part of the remedy that THIS world, in THIS time needs.
We cannot hold this back any longer from ourselves, from our whānau, from our organisations and from our world.
Of course, trauma gets in the way, but trauma is not who you are. It is who you have learned to be, and we can heal, integrate and bring our uniqueness into the world. We are the solution we have been waiting for.
