They keep me extremely busy with their various academic, sporting, cultural and personal pursuits. I am the Chair of the Clinical Advisory Board for SPARX - an online therapeutic computer programme that helps youth with depression. My husband and I also participate in various ministries in our church, including community and social service activities.
